摘要 党的十八大以来,习近平总书记立足于新时代的战略高度,着眼于新时代全面育人的基本要求,就“培养什么样的人”发表了一系列重要讲话,逐步形成人才培养的完整思想体系。2018年全国教育大会,习近平总书记把“劳”与“德智体美”相并列,明确将育人目标从“德智体美”拓展为“德智体美劳”。这一要求不仅有利于学校育人目标与新时代教育发展需求的精准对接,还有利于“核心素养”的培育与“立德树人”根本任务的落实,有利于“劳模精神”的弘扬与“工匠精神”的重塑,有利于“中国智慧”的创造与“中国故事”的传播。 Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has been based on the strategic height of the new era, focusing on the basic requirements of comprehensive education in the new era, and has published a series of important speeches on “cultivating what kind of people” and gradually formed the integrity of talent cultivation.
