摘要
为了更好地研究行业性高等院校教师专业化中制度设计对学科知识、教学能力、职业规范和道德、行业知识的作用,构建了行业性高等院校教师专业化的结构方程模型和研究假设。本研究设计了量表,并对数据进行了效度和信度检验,利用北京和天津的交通类院校进行实证及假设验证,最后得到结论;制度设计对学科知识、职业规范和道德、行业知识转化为专业化能力具有调节作用,而对教学能力则不具有调节作用。
In order to better study the role of institutional design in the professionalization of teachers in industry colleges and universities on subject knowledge, teaching ability, professional norms and ethics, and industry knowledge, a structural equation model and research hypothesis for the professionalization of teachers in industrial colleges are constructed. This study designed the scale and tested the validity and reliability of the data, using the traffic schools in Beijing and Tianjin to conduct empirical and verification of the hypothesis. Finally, it is concluded that institutional design has a regulating effect on the transformation of subject knowledge, professional norms and ethics, and industry knowledge into professional competence, but does not have a regulatory effect on teaching ability.
