摘要
2017年唐白沙和陈生弟等教授制定的《多系统萎缩诊断标准专家共识》更好地规范了国内临床医师对多系统萎缩(MSA)的诊断和鉴别诊断,提高了MSA的临床诊断正确率。笔者结合个人认识和临床经验对该共识进行解读,主要阐述多系统萎缩(MSA)的临床表现,分型,诊断与鉴别诊断方法,并对多系统萎缩的一些早期特征性表现进行阐述。
In 2017, Chinese neurologist formulated The Expert Consensus on Diagnostic Criteria for Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) to better standardize the diagnosis and differential diagnosis, and improve the clinical diagnostic accuracy of MSA. The author interprets the main contents of the consensus with personal knowledge and clinical experience, mainly expounding the clinical manifestations and classification of MSA, discussing the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of MSA. And some early characteristic manifestations of multiple system atrophy were interpreted.
