摘要
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是最常见的痴呆类型,是一种不可逆转的神经退行性病变,目前病理学机制尚不明确,内嗅皮层可能是最早发生改变的脑结构。MRI是评估内嗅皮层结构和功能的重要手段,可以为AD的早期诊断提供重要的影像学标记。本文就AD相关的内嗅皮层改变进行综述。
Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is the most common form of dementia and an irreversible neurodegenerative disease.At present,the pathological mechanism is unclear.The entorhinal cortex may be among the first affected brain regions in AD-related pathologies.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),an important means assessing the structure and function of the entorhinal cortex,can provide critical imaging marker for early diagnosis of AD.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress in the change of entorhinal cortex.
