中国西南及中南半岛陆地水变化的独立成分分析 被引量:2

摘要 对中国西南地区以及中南半岛的陆地水变化情况进行了深入研究。基于GRACE卫星2003—2014年的重力数据,利用独立成分分析提取了独立成分,并与降水和土壤湿度数据的独立成分进行对比,结果表明,研究区域的GRACE等3种数据之间一致性比较好,检测到了2004年12月的苏门答腊大地震以及发生在中国云贵高原的干旱。GRACE的独立成分与SOI等3个气象指数的相关性系数表明,伊洛瓦底江-萨尔温江地区受DMI的影响较大,云贵高原受SOI的影响较大;2010年中国西南的大规模干旱可能与厄尔尼诺现象有关,极端气象现象对于区域陆地水的变化有着深远的影响。利用ICA等数据分析手段对GRACE数据进行分析,结合其他多源数据,可以更客观、更合理地分析陆地水的变化情况,对于水资源的合理开发具有重要意义。 This article has conducted in-depth studies on the changes in terrestrial water in Southwest China and the IndoChina Peninsula. Based on GRACE satellite gravity data from 2003 to 2014, independent components were extracted using independent component analysis and compared with independent components of precipitation and soil moisture data. The results show that the consistency of the three data such as GRACE in the study area is better. The Sumatra earthquake in December 2004 and the drought in the Yunnan-Guizhou plateau were detected. The correlation coefficients between independent components of GRACE and three meteorological indices such as SOI indicate that the Irrawaddy-Salween region is greatly affected by DMI, and the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau is more affected by SOI. The large-scale drought in southwestern China in 2010 may be related to the El Ni o phenomenon. Extreme meteorological phenomena have a profound impact on the change of regional land water. Using ICA to analyze GRACE data, combined with other data, can be more objective and more reasonable analysis of land-water changes, for the reasonable development of water resources is of great significance.
