摘要
论述了大型斜拉桥高塔柱上索道管锚垫板与出壁口中心点位的精密测定方法,概述了索道管安装测量定位的一般流程,详细介绍了全站仪自由设站法和间接高差传递法分别精确测定索道管测控点平面坐标与高程的过程及计算方法,并进行了相应的精度分析。理论与实践均证明,本文提出的方法与一般的极坐标测量法相比,索道管安装测控精度更高,测控更加方便、快捷、灵活,可广泛应用于现代斜拉桥索道管和钢锚梁安装定位中。
In this paper, the precise position method for the center point of cable duck’s anchor plate and wall outlet of large cable stayed bridge is discussed;The general process of measurement and location of cableway pipe installation is summarized;The plane coordinate and elevation of cable duck’s observe and control point are determined by the total station’s free station method and indirect height difference transfer method respectively. So this paper also introduced the process and calculation method and analyzed the corresponding accuracy. The theory and practice have proved that the method proposed in this paper is more accurate and easy to measure and control than the general polar coordinate measuring method, so it is recommended to be popularized and applied in the installation and positioning of the cable pipe and steel anchor beam of modern cable-stayed bridges.
