摘要 为了构建我省高效协调可持续的国土空间开发格局,需建立手段完备、数据共享、实时高效、管控有力、多方协同的自然资源环境承载能力监测预警长效机制和自然环境承载能力监测预警信息化平台,有效规范空间开发秩序,合理控制空间开发强度,切实将各类开发活动限制在资源环境承载能力之内。本文阐述了平台建设目标和内容,并详细介绍了平台框架、业务流程、功能模块等设计,以及数据资源设计与建设内容。 In order to construct the efficient coordination of the sustainable development of national spatial pattern in our province, to establish a comprehensive means, data sharing, real-time, control powerful, multi collaborative resource capacity of Long-term mechanism and platform for monitoring and early warning of carrying capacity of natural resources and environment. Effectively standardize the order of space development, rationally control the intensity of space development, and effectively restrict all kinds of development activities to the carrying capacity of resources and environment. This paper expounds the objectives and contents of platform construction, and introduces in detail the design of platform framework, business process and functional modules, as well as data resource design and construction contents.
