摘要
研究通过对中国北方地区某市典型人员密集场所空气颗粒物、微生物和温湿度进行监测,分析和评价了人员密集场所空气颗粒物与微生物污染状况及其相关性。结果表明:该市颗粒物浓度秋冬季大于春夏季,微生物浓度冬春季大于夏秋季;各采样点和各季节PM2.5和PM10浓度均超国家二级标准,存在一定程度的微生物污染,但不严重;微生物浓度室外>地铁站>校园>商场;温度对颗粒物和微生物浓度有显著影响,呈负相关,相关系数约为0.79和0.55,颗粒物与微生物浓度之间存在明显的相关性,呈正相关,相关系数约为0.6。
In this study, air particulates, microorganisms and temperature and humidity are monitored in typical densely populated places in a city in northern China, and the pollution status and correlation of airborne particulates and microorganisms in densely populated places are analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that:the concentrations of particulate matter is greater in autumn and winter than in spring and summer, and the concentration of microorganisms is greater in winter and spring than in summer and autumn;the concentration of PM 2.5 and PM 10 in each sampling point and in each season exceeds the national secondary standards, and there is a certain degree of microbial contamination, but not serious;the microbial concentration is outdoor> subway station> campus> mall;temperature has a significant effect on particulate matter and microbial concentration, negative correlation with correlation coefficient about 0.79 and 0.55, there is a clear correlation between particulate matter and microbial concentration, positive correlation with a correlation coefficient about 0.6.
