汽车检测与维修技术专业中高职衔接人才培养模式研究

Research on how to Connect Talent Training Mode between Higher Vocational Colleges and Secondary Vocational Schools in the Specialty of Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Technology

中等和高等职业教育协调发展是现代职业教育体系的重要组成内容,推动中等和高等职业教育全面统筹及有效衔接是实现中等职业教育高移学历层次、提高专业能力的关键。从国内外中高职衔接模式出发,分析中高职课程衔接的关键性问题,提出以中职学校、高职院校、汽车服务企业三方为育人主体,统筹制定中、高职衔接一致性人才培养目标,构建"订单前置、能力递进、学历提升"、职业素养与职业精神并重的中高职一体化人才培养模式,中高职院校协同开发汽车检测与维修技术专业一体化课程衔接体系,形成政府主导,企业、中、高职院校三方参与的激励机制。

The coordinated development of secondary and higher vocational education is an important part of the modern vocational education system. Promoting the overall planning and effective convergence of secondary and higher vocational education is the key to realize the high level of secondary vocational education and improve professional competence. Starting from the cohesion modes of secondary and higher vocational education at home and abroad, key problems of curriculum cohesion in Higher Vocational education are analysed and it is proposed that taking secondary vocational schools, higher vocational colleges and automobile service enterprises as the main body of education, we should formulate cohesive talent training objectives between secondary and higher vocational education in an overall way, and construct an integrated talent training mode of "pre-order, capability advancement, academic qualification promotion", which attaches equal importance to professional quality and professionalism. Secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges should cooperate to develop an integrated course system for automobile inspection and maintenance technology, and form a government-led incentive mechanism with the participation of enterprises, secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges.
