民办高职院校校企深度融合机制创新研究——以惠州经济职业技术学院为例

Creative Research on School and Enterprise Deep Integration System in Private Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Hui zhou Economic Polytechnic as an Example

校企合作是现代职业教育的一个基本办学模式,是培养应用型、技术型人才的本质要求。就民办高职院校而言,因办学主体的特殊性,如何更好地开展校企合作,走具有民办高职特色的产教融合之路,成为近年来职业教育积极探索的方向。本文以惠州经济职业技术学院校企合作发展路径为例,提出校企合作从1.0到5.0的合作模式,探索现代职业院校校企深度融合机制创新之路。

School and Enterprise cooperation is a general school-running pattern in modern vocational education, which is also the essential requirement of cultivating applied and technical talents. As far as private vocational colleges are concerned, due to its special school principal, how to better carry out school-enterprise cooperation system and develop a way of private vocational college integration of production and education has become a direction of active exploration of vocational education. Based on the example of school-enterprise cooperation path of Huizhou Economic Poly-Techic, this article presents a 1.0-5.0 school-enterprise cooperating pattern, trying to explore a deep integration system path in modern vocational college school-enterprise cooperation.
