摘要
简要论述了高职院校资助育人工作的主要做法,指出了高职院校资助育人工作存在的具体问题:资助对象识别手段的科学性有待进一步完善;对资助对象的后续教育力度普遍存在不足;高职院校资助育人工作制度不够科学完善。最后,为促进高职院校资助育人工作的长效发展,提出了对策与建议:提升资助对象识别手段的科学性;提升对资助对象的后续教育力度;科学完善资助育人工作相关制度。
Main practice of higher vocational colleges in funding education was briefly discussed, and specific problems were pointed out: the scientific method of the funded object identification needs to be further improved, the follow-up education of the funded objects is generally inadequate and the system of subsidized education in higher vocational colleges is not scientific and perfect. In order to promote the long-term development of higher vocational colleges in funding educational work, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: to improve the scientific method of identifying the funded objects, the follow-up education of the funded objects and relevant system for funding education.
