Enhancing Practical Education Relying on Industry Association and Close Cooperation between Enterprises and Colleges

以天津滨海职业学院连锁经营管理专业为例,从校企合作共同育人,校企双方一起确定人才培养目标、共同制定人才培养方案、结合双方优势一起构建课程体系、共同打造校外实习实训基地等等方面,描述并分析了校企合作、订单式人才培养的经验与实施过程。

Taking Chain Operation Management Major of Tianjin Costal Polytechnic as an example, this paper illustrates from the cooperation between enterprises and colleges in terms of talent cultivation, defining talent education goal and program, building course system based on advantages of both parties and construction of training base outside the college. It analyzes the experience and implementation process in the cooperation between enterprises and colleges, and order - mode education pattern.
