基于校企合作构建技能型学生社团的实践——以电气自动化设备安装与维修专业为例

Practice of Building Skill-based Student Associations under Enterprise-School Cooperation——Taking an example of Electrical Automation Equipment Installation and Maintenance Major

中职学校学生社团主要以体育、艺术、文学为主,形式与活动方式都有一定的局限性,同时不能适应绝大多数学生专业技能提高需求。针对这些问题,以学校与西安智通科技有限公司合作为背景,利用校企合作模式构建技能型学生社团,提出建设思路和方法,并进行了实践,达到了很好的效果。

The student associations of secondary vocational schools mainly focusing on sports, art and literature, and their forms and activities have certain limitations. At the same time, they cannot meet the needs of improving the professional skills of most students. In order to solve these problems, this paper, taking the cooperation between school and Xi 'an Zhitong Technology Co., LTD. as the background, proposes thoughts and methods of constructing skill - based student associations by making use of school - enterprise cooperation mode, and implement as per the proposal which has achieved a good effect.
