浅析高等职业院校学生就业与创业能力教育的对策

近年来,我国高等职业院校的毕业生人数呈现出逐年增加的趋势,在数量上甚至已经超过了本科生毕业生和应届研究生的总和。在就业方面,高校毕业生比高等职业院校的毕业生更容易找到满意的工作。高等职业院校的就业与创业教育不仅关系着职业教育类学校的生存和发展,更关系着整个社会的和谐和稳定。文章对高等职业院校目前的就业实际情况和创业具体情况进行了剖析和研究,针对高等职业院校毕业生能更好地就业和创业问题采取相应的措施和解决方案,并且能够更好地解决目前高等职业院校毕业生的就业问题。

In recent years, the number of graduates from higher vocational colleges in China has shown an increasing trend year by year, which even exceeds the sum of graduates from universities and regular colleges and the graduating postgraduate students. In terms of employment, graduates from universities and regular colleges are more likely to find satisfactory jobs than graduates from higher vocational colleges. The employment and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is not only related to the survival and development of vocational schools, but also to the harmony and stability of the whole society. The paper analyzes and studies the current situation employment and entrepreneurship in vocational colleges and universities, and provides corresponding measures and solutions for the higher vocational college graduates to better solve the current problems in employment and entrepreneurship, which indeed can better solve the employment problem of graduates of higher vocational colleges.
