摘要
[目的]研究ICU护士心理弹性、共情疲劳与工作投入的相关性及共情疲劳是否在心理弹性与工作投入之间存在中介效应。[方法]采用一般资料调查表、护士专业生活品质量表、心理弹性量表及工作投入量表,对青岛市5所三级甲等医院重症监护室320名护士进行调查。[结果]慈心满意与心理弹性、工作投入呈正相关;工作倦怠、继发性创伤应激与心理弹性、工作投入呈负相关。共情疲劳在心理弹性与工作投入之间存在部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的45.07%。[结论]护理管理者应重视护士心理健康状况,可通过增强护士心理弹性,降低共情疲劳现象,提高工作投入,改善护理质量。
Objective: To explore the relationship of nurses′psychological resilience,compassion fatigue and work engagement and to analyze whether compassion fatigue plays a mediating role between psychological resilience and work engagement among nurses in Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Methods: Totally 320 ICU nurses from five Tertiary Grade A hospitals in Qingdao city were investigated by using a Self-Designed Demographic Questionnaire,Professional Quality of Life Scale,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. Results: Compassion satisfaction was positively correlated with psychological resilience and work engagement.Job burnout and secondary traumatic stress were negatively correlated with psychological resilience and work engagement.Compassion fatigue had a partial mediation effect between psychological resilience and work engagement,the value was 45.07%. Conclusions: Nursing administrators should pay attention to the mental health of nurses.In order to promote the work engagement and improve the quality of nursing service,the nursing administrators could enhance nurses′psychological resilience and decrease their compassion fatigue.
