摘要
目的探究分析颈脑一体化超声检查评估脑卒中患者的临床价值。方法 100例脑卒中患者,按照检查模式不同分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组患者应用颈动脉超声检查,研究组患者应用颈脑一体化超声检查。比较两组患者检查灵敏度、特异度、漏诊率与误诊率。结果对照组患者检查灵敏度为64.89%(268/413),特异度为95.57%(561/587),漏诊率为35.11%(145/413),误诊率为4.43%(26/587)。研究组患者检查灵敏度为89.29%(75/84),特异度为93.75%(15/16),漏诊率为10.71%(9/75),误诊率为6.25%(1/16)。研究组患者检查灵敏度高于对照组,漏诊率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者检查特异度、误诊率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对脑卒中患者,应用颈脑一体化超声检查进行评估,有助于进一步提升疾病检测精确度,减少漏诊的发生,为临床脑卒中的诊疗提供强大的技术支持,建议在临床进行深度推广和应用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical value of integrated carotid-brain ultrasound in assessing stroke patients. Methods A total of 100 stroke patients were divided by different examination modes into control group and research group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was examined by carotid artery ultrasound, and the research group was examined by integrated carotid-brain ultrasound. The sensitivity, specificity, missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of the two groups were compared. Results The control group had sensitivity as 64.89%(268/413), specificity as 95.57%(561/587), missed diagnosis rate as 35.11%(145/413), misdiagnosis rate as 4.43%(26/587). The research group had sensitivity as 89.29%(75/84), specificity as 93.75%(15/16), missed diagnosis rate as 10.71%(9/75), misdiagnosis rate as 6.25%(1/16). The research group had higher sensitivity than the control group and lower missed diagnosis rate than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Both groups had no statistically significant difference in sensitivity and missed diagnosis rate (P>0.05). Conclusion For stroke patients, the application of integrated carotid-brain ultrasound is helpful to further improve the accuracy of disease detection, reduce the occurrence of missed diagnosis, and provide strong technical support for clinical diagnosis and treatment of clinical stroke. It is suggested that it should be further popularized and applied in clinical practice.
