经乳晕的麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的短期临床效果观察

Observation on short-term clinical effect of mammotome minimally invasive circumcision through areola in the treatment of breast fibroma

目的观察经乳晕的麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的短期临床效果。方法 114例乳腺纤维瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组57例。观察组患者采用经乳晕的麦默通微创旋切术治疗,对照组患者采用传统切除术治疗,比较两组患者临床效果。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、切口愈合时间、瘢痕长度、住院时间分别为(8.2±2.1)min、(3.9±1.6)ml、(3.8±1.8)mm、(2.9±0.8)d、(3.1±0.6)mm、(3.8±0.9)d,优于对照组患者的(13.9±2.5)min、(10.8±2.7)ml、(20.8±3.5)mm、(6.5±1.5)d、(19.6±5.9)mm、(7.2±1.1)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为3.5%,低于对照组的15.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床行经乳晕的麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺纤维瘤患者时,不仅可缩短手术时间及患者住院时间,且可降低并发症发生率,具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the short-term clinical effect of mammotome minimally invasive circumcision through areola in the treatment of fibroadenoma of breast. Methods A total of 114 patients with fibroadenoma of breast were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 57 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with mammotome minimally invasive circumcision via areola, and the control group was treated with traditional resection. The clinical effect in two groups was compared. Results The observation group had better operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, incision length, incision healing time, scar length and hospitalization time respectively as (8.2±2.1) min,(3.9±1.6) ml,(3.8±1.8) mm,(2.9±0.8) d,(3.1±0.6) mm and (3.8±0.9) d than (13.9±2.5) min,(10.8±2.7) ml,(20.8±3.5) mm,(6.5±1.5) d,(19.6± 5.9) mm and (7.2±1.1) d in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had 1 case of skin itching and 1 case of local infection, with incidence of complications as 3.5%(2/57). The observation group had lower incidence of postoperative complications as 3.5% than 15.8% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Mammotome minimally invasive circumcision through areola can not only shorten the operation time and hospitalization time of patients with fibroadenoma of breast, but also reduce the incidence of complications. It contains a good treatment effect.
