中西医结合治疗胫腓骨中下段闭合性骨折患者的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the treatment of patients with closed fracture of middle and lower tibia and fibula

目的分析胫腓骨中下段闭合性骨折患者采用中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法 74例胫腓骨中下段闭合性骨折患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各37例。对照组应用西医交锁髓内针治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用中医治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、功能恢复评分、肿胀消退时间及骨折愈合时间。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为94.6%,高于对照组的78.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后疼痛评分(4.76±1.42)分低于对照组的(5.64±1.34)分,肿胀消退时间(4.27±0.38)d及骨折愈合时间(19.54±3.64)周均短于对照组的(5.35±0.46)d、(22.64±3.42)周,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为5.4%,低于对照组的24.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予胫腓骨中下段闭合性骨折患者中西医结合治疗能取得良好效果,达到良好的骨折愈合效果,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the treatment of patients with closed fracture of middle and lower tibia and fibula. Methods A total of 74 patients with closed fracture of middle and lower tibia and fibula were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Western medicine interlocking intramedullary needle, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on clinical treatment effect, function recovery score, swelling subsidence time and fracture healing time between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate of clinical treatment as 94.6% than 78.4% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group had lower pain score as (4.76± 1.42) points than (5.64±1.34) points in the control group, shorter swelling subsidence time as (4.27±0.38) d and fracture healing time as (19.54±3.64) weeks than (5.35±0.46) d and (22.64±3.42) weeks in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had lower incidence of complications as 5.4% than 24.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine shows good effect in patients with closed fracture of middle and lower tibia and fibula, and it can improve the clinical treatment effect, achieve good fracture healing effect and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
