白虎加桂枝汤合四妙丸治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of Baihu Jiaguizhi decoction combined with Simiao pill for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis

目的探讨白虎加桂枝汤合四妙丸治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法 110例急性痛风性关节炎患者,采取自主抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组患者给予嘌呤醇片治疗,观察组患者给予白虎加桂枝汤合四妙丸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血尿酸、血沉、白细胞计数及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果治疗后,两组患者的血尿酸、血沉、白细胞计数及超敏C反应蛋白均低于治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的血尿酸、血沉、白细胞计数及超敏C反应蛋白分别为(380.25±23.80)μmol/L、(19.90±9.50)mm/h、(5.85±1.20)×1012/L、(8.50±3.38)mg/L,均显著低于对照组的(390.65±35.50)μmol/L、(30.80±8.95)mm/h、(7.40±2.45)×1012/L、(13.45±2.50)mg/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性痛风性关节炎患者给予白虎加桂枝汤合四妙丸治疗,能明显改善患者炎症指标水平,具有积极推广价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Baihu Jiaguizhi decoction combined with Simiao pill for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods A total of 110 acute gouty arthritis patients were divided by lottery method into control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with allopurinol tablets, and the observation group was treated with Baihu Jiaguizhi decoction combined with Simiao pill. Comparison were made on serum uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, white blood cell count and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) before and after treatment between the two groups. Results After teatment, both groups had lower blood uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, white blood cell count and hypersensitive C-reactive protein than those before treatment, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group had significantly lower blood uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, white blood cell count and hypersensitive C-reactive protein respectively as (380.25±23.80)μmol/L,(19.90± 9.50) mm/h,(5.85±1.20)×1012/L and (8.50±3.38) mg/L than (390.65±35.50)μmol/L,(30.80±8.95) mm/h,(7.40±2.45)×1012/L and (13.45±2.50) mg/L in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Baihu Jiaguizhi decoction combined with Simiao pill can improve the inflammatory markers of patients with acute gouty arthritis, and it contains positive promotion value.
