基于第三方保险平台的装配式建筑PC构件生产运营管理

PRODUCTION AND OPERATION MANAGEMENT OF PC COMPONENTS OF PREFABRICATED BUILDINGS BASED ON THIRD-PARTY INSURANCE PLATFORM

国家大力推动装配式建筑发展,针对装配式建筑PC构件生产运营管理模式的探索和质量保险的开发将成为焦点。本文在分析装配式建筑自身特点和工程质量保险应用现状的基础上,提出以保险作为第三方平台,参与装配式建筑PC构件生产运营管理的新模式。并采用PEST-SWOT模型对该模式进行分析,识别出其发展的内外部优劣势,提出相应改进建议。

The state vigorously promotes the development of prefabricated buildings, the exploration of PC component production and operation management mode and the development of quality insurance will become the focus. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of prefabricated buildings and the application status of engineering quality insurance, this paper proposes a new mode of taking insurance as a third-party platform to participate in the production and operation management of PC components of prefabricated buildings. PEST-SWOT model is adopted to analyze the model, identify the internal and external advantages and disadvantages of its development, and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions.
