摘要
水泥稳定类基层是城镇沥青道路常用的基层材料,其具有取材方便价格优、强度高、承载力强等优点;但也存在基层材料本身的干缩特性,在施工期间容易造成细微的干缩、温宿裂缝,因此本文剖析了水泥稳定类基层城镇沥青道路常规施工方法弊端的基础上,提出了一种新的施工方法,即沥青道路基层、面层连续不间断的施工方法,为了配合该连续施工方法的实施,开发了一种路用水泥稳定基层材料R外加剂,通过试验研究证实了R外加剂性能;并提出了连续施工方法的施工工艺,通过试验证实了:(1)通过电镜扫描基、面层连续施工方法层间粘结更加紧密,提高各层间抗剪切能力,进而实现路面抗病害能力的提升;(2)路面检测了基层、面层连续施工铺筑水泥稳定基层沥青路面,路面开裂等病害较常规施工方法显著减少,证明了该施工方法在提高路面抗裂方面的有效性。综合表明,该施工方法是减少路面反射裂缝等病害的一种有效途径。
Cement-stabilized base is a common base material for asphalt pavement in cities and towns, which has the advantages of convenient materials, low price, high strength and strong bearing capacity. However it is likely to cause slight drying shrinkage and temperature cracks during construction for the drying shrinkage characteristic of the base material. Based on the analysis of conventional construction method for the asphalt pavement, a new construction method, which called continuous construction of base and asphalt, was presented. To fulfill this construction method, a type of R admixture was developed. And the property of this R admixture was tested and validated.and the construction technology of continuous construction method is put forward. The testing road shows that the adhesion between base layer and surface layer is closer for continuous construction with by scanning with electron microscope.Tit improved the shearing resistance between layers, and then realized the improvement of the road surface resistance to disease;second, the testing road shows the pavement cracking and other diseases are significantly reduced compared with the conventional construction method. Which used the continuous construction method for cement-stabilized base asphalt pavement.It is also proved the effectiveness of this construction method in improving pavement crack resistance. It is shown that continuous construction method for cement-stabilized base asphalt pavementis an effective way to reduce the reflective cracks on the pavement.
