城市高层居住建筑公共空间设计研究

RESEARCH ON PUBLIC SPACE DESIGN OF URBAN HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS

城市化是人类进步的动力,高层居住建筑是城市化的必然产物。然而,我国已建的高层住宅建筑设计只满足了“住”的要求,忽视了“居”的意义,无法满足使用者的精神需求。本文根据现有的研究资料,在研究中分析了我国目前高层居住建筑公共空间的设计现状,阐述了高层建筑中公共空间的类型,提出了高层住宅公共空间设计过程中的具体措施,阐述自己的设计理念,希望能够对我国高层居住建筑公共空间设计的完善提供一些帮助和启示。

Urbanization is the power of human progress, high-rise residential buildings are the inevitable product of urbanization. However, from the analysis of high-rise residential buildings in China, the design only meets the requirements of “living”, ignores the meaning of “living”, and fails to meet the spiritual needs of users. Based on the existing research data, this paper analyzes the current design status of public space of high-rise residential buildings in China, expounds the types of public space in high-rise buildings, and puts forward specific measures in the design process of public space of high-rise residential buildings. This paper expounds its own design concept, hoping to provide some help and inspiration for the improvement of public space design of high-rise residential buildings in China.
