双季铵盐氯铝酸型离子液体的合成及其性能研究

摘要 本文将设计并合成双季铵盐氯铝酸型离子液体,对Leuckat反应合成所得的双叔胺进行红外谱图表征,对反应条件进行讨论,得出其优化的合成条件为:溶剂:异丙醇;甲醛滴加时间:不少于150min;甲醛∶己二胺=5∶1。接着测定了双季铵盐氯铝酸型离子液体的密度、热稳定性及其作为Friedel-Crafts反应的酸性催化剂最主要的性能即酸度,发现双季铵盐氯铝酸型离子液体的Lewis酸性强于传统Friedel-Crafts反应的催化剂AlCl3。此实验结果为进一步研究双季铵盐型离子液体催化Friedel-Crafts反应的机理提供了基础,也为新型离子液体合成和应用提供有益的参考价值。 In this paper, a biquaternary ammonium chloride aluminate ionic liquid was designed and synthesized,and IR spectra was used to characterize the ditert amines synthesized by Leuckat reaction.After discussing the reaction conditions,the optimized synthesis conditions were obtained as follows: solvent: isopropanol;formaldehyde dropping time: 150 min;formaldehyde: hexylenediamine= 5∶1 .Then,the density,thermal stability and acidity of the double-quaternary ammonium chloro-aluminate ionic liquid were measured,and it was found that the Lewis acidity of the double-quaternary ammonium chloro-aluminate ionic liquid was stronger than that of the traditional Friedel Crafts catalyst AlCl 3.The experimental results provide a foundation for further study on the mechanism of friedel-crafts reaction catalyzed by a biquaternary ammonium ionic liquid,and provide a valuable reference for the synthesis and application of a new type of ionic liquid.
