基于微信平台的3D-CBT教学法在护理专业教学中的应用

摘要 当前,我国护理教学以理论教学为主,理论与临床实践的结合存在滞后现象,这极大影响护理专业人才的培养。以案例教学法为基础,微信为传播媒介的3D-CBT教学法正在逐渐改变传统的教学模式,颠覆传统的以老师为中心的灌输教学向以学生为主导的自主化学习转变。基于互联网的微信3D-CBT教学法给予了更大的学习空间给学生,将枯燥的理论书面知识以生活情境为主线串联,让学生自己进行未知的探索,增加了学生的专业知识理论接触感和感性的生活认知度,在学习中实践,同时也在实践中强化理论。 At present, theory teaching is the main method in nursing teaching in China, and the combination of theory and clinical practice lags behind, which greatly affects the cultivation of nursing talents. Based on the case teaching meth. od, the 3D-CBT teaching method with Wechat as the media is gradually changing the traditional teaching mode, subverting the traditional teacher-centered indoctrination teaching to the student-led autonomous learning. The 3D-CBT teaching method based on the Internet provides students with more learning space. It links the dull theory and written knowledge with the life situation as the main line. It enables students to explore unknown space, increases the students' professional knowledge, theoretical application and perceptual life awareness. This method is to make students practice in learning, at the same time, to strengthen theories in practice.
