摘要
车速是引起的交通事故发生的重要因素之一,而车速表指示值是驾驶员掌握车速信息的唯一来源,因此,要求车速表指示值具有一定精度。在分析车速表指示装置的原理、试验方法、车速表误差形成原因以及国家标准基础上,选取一辆汽车进行车速表指示误差试验,通过试验发现,组合仪表速比、车轮气压、磨损量、行驶速度以及车速传感信号采集是造成车速表指示误差的主要因素,并得出汽车组合仪表实际设置的速比比理论速比要小,车速、车轮气压、车轮磨损与车速表指示误差值成近试线性关系,实验结果对改进车速表指示精度具有一定参考价值。
Speed is one of the most important factors causing traffic accidents, and the speedometer indication is the on. ly source for the driver to realize the speed information, and therefore the indicating value should be of certain accuracy for the driver to obtain vehicle state information. By analyzing the principles of the indicating device of speedometer, experi. mental methods, the reason resulting in error of speedometer and based on the national standard, a car is chose to launch the relevant experiment which shows that the main factors causing error are the combination of instrument speed ratio, tire pressure, wheel wear, driving speed and vehicle speed sensor signal acquisition. The experiment reveals that the actual set. ting ratio of combination instrument is smaller than the theoretical value, and the error is approximately linearly related to the speed, wheel pressure, tire pressure and wheel wear, and the results will be reference to improve the indication accura. cy of speedometer.
