摘要 为了解液压冲击器系统特性,实现对冲击器系统的控制,使液压冲击器的活塞能够根据被冲击对象的物理特性,进行自适应调节,分析了液压冲击器的工作原理,在此基础上,建立了其数学模型,通过改变参数设置使用MATLAB 进行仿真,获得了液压冲击器在不同参数条件下特性曲线,引入了PLC 控制系统,仿真结果为液压冲击器的结构设计与优化提供了理论依据,并对其性能提升具有指导作用。 In order to understand the hydraulic impactor system characteristics, to achieve control of the impactor system, so that the piston of the hydraulic impactor can achieve the adaptive control according to physical characteristics of impacted object, analyzed the working principle of the hydraulic impactor, on this basis, the mathematical model is established, through changing the parameters and using MATLAB obtained the simulation curves of different parameters under the conditions of the hydraulic impactor, introduced the PLC control system, the simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of hydraulic impactor's structure, and has a guiding effect on the performance.
