化学镀镍(酸性)在线分析及添加系统设计与应用

摘要 采用吸光度分析方法,可在线测量化学镀镍(酸性)槽液,研制出了化学镀镍镀液中硫酸镍和pH 值的在线自动分析及添加装置。通过对两种不同浓度的硫酸镍(或纯水与标准浓度的硫酸镍)的吸光度建立线性关系,且对不同浓度的镀液进行测试,自动分析仪的标准偏差小于1%,与化学滴定分析相比的误差小于2%,且实现在线实时分析,根据分析数据,自动管控镀槽药水,稳定药水品质。 An on-line automatic analysis and addition device for nickel sulfate and pH in electroless nickel plating bath was developed by using the absorbance analysis method to measure the electroless nickel (acidic) bath on-line. By establishing a linear relationship between the absorbance of two different concentrations of nickel sulfate (or pure water and standard concentration of nickel sulfate), and testing different concentrations of plating solution, the standard deviation of the automatic analyzer is less than 1%, and the chemical titration analysis compared with the error of less than 2%, and real-time online analysis, according to the analysis data, automatic control of the plating tank syrup, stabilize the quality of the syrup.
