摘要
为了追踪和借鉴东欧国家纳米学科产学研进程及经验,本文主要从产学研三个方面比较分析中俄两国纳米学科发展主要特征。研究表明:我国纳米学科高等教育规模庞大,俄罗斯纳米学科高等教育“校所合作”等培养模式具有小而精的特点。与俄罗斯相比,未来我国更需重视研究成果产业化应用,以及在国家层面应出台相应的政策,鼓励产业界积极投入纳米学科的产学研进程。
In order to track and learn from the production and research process and experience of nanosciences in Eastern European countries, this paper mainly analyzes the main characteristics of nanosciences development in China and Russia from three aspects of production, study and research. The results show that the scale of higher education in nanosciences in China is larger, and the training mode of “college cooperation” in Russian nanosciences higher education has small and refined characteristics. Compared with Russia, China needs to pay more attention to the application of industrialization of research results, and should introduce corresponding policies at the national level to encourage industry to actively invest in the production and research process of nanosciences.
