摘要
为了提高机组控制系统的可靠性和安全性,防止因超速飞车造成安全事故,很多机组设置了独立于控制系统外的超速保护停机设备,当机组在额定工况下运行时因异常状况突然失速,该系统将输出跳闸信号至机组控制系统,使机组联锁停机。现国内大部分的烟机、汽轮机等原动机均设置有超速保护装置。本文以某石化企业能量回收三机组烟机Protech203超速保护器的一次故障处理经过为例对其进行简要介绍。
In order to improve the reliability and security of the unit control system,to prevent safety accidents caused by the racing,a lot of units set up independent of the control system of overspeed protection equipment downtime,when the unit running under the rated conditions due to the abnormal situation suddenly stalled,the system will output tripping signals to the control system,interlock shutdown of generating unit. Now most of the domestic smoke machine,steam turbine and other prime movers are set up with overspeed protection device. In this paper,the primary fault treatment of Protech 203 overspeed protector is briefly introduced with the example of Protech 203.
