摘要
1.7Mt/a汽柴加氢精制装置催化剂及反应器内构件均采用标准催化剂技术公司的专利技术,催化剂采用Optitrap系列保护剂及DN3531主催化剂的组合,分析表明该催化剂加氢活性良好,主要产品柴油质量完全满足国V柴油要求、同时基本满足国VI柴油主要指标,石脑油满足重整进料质量要求。同时,通过运行数据分析该催化剂失活速率稳定,满足装置长周期运行要求。
1.7Mt/a gasoline-diesel hydrofining unit catalyst and reactor internals are patented by Standard Catalyst Technology Company. Optitrap series protective agent and DN3531 main catalyst are used in the catalyst combination. The analysis shows that the catalyst has good hydrogenation activity, and the quality of main product diesel oil fully meets the requirements of national V diesel oil, and basically meets the main index of National VI diesel oil, naphtha. It meets the quality requirement of reforming feed. At the same time, the deactivation rate of the catalyst is stable through operation data analysis, which meets the requirements of long-term operation of the unit.
