摘要 带压堵漏作业主要是对装置内各类管道和设备出现的异常泄漏进行在线封堵。为了保证封堵后的效果长期并且可靠使用,引入新的工艺技术,用碳纤维和助剂缠绕形成的复合修复层对封堵效果进行加强。本文着重讲述了某炼厂使用的碳纤维复合补强技术在带压堵漏施工中的具体应用,所有施工实例现运行效果良好。 The main purpose of pressure leak plugging operation is to plug the abnormal leaks of pipelines and equipment on?line.In order to ensure the long-term and reliable use of the plugging effect,new technology was introduced,and the plugging effect was strengthened by the composite repair layer formed by winding carbon fibers and additives.This paper focuses on the application of carbon fiber composite reinforcement technology in the construction of leak stoppage under pressure in a refinery. All construction examples show that the operation effect is good.
