摘要
渤海大部分油田已进入开发后期,伴随着提高采收率的各种方法和措施不断发展,特别是聚驱等三次采油技术的应用与推广,使产出的原油乳化液越趋稳定,原油的重质化和劣质化导致乳化问题日益严重。本文主要研究含聚原油利用高频电脉冲脱水时,不同温度、不同脱水时间等条件下的脱水情况。并根据海上平台实际情况,加入破乳剂,验证高频电脉冲脱水技术对含聚原油脱水的适应性情况。
Most of the oil fields in bohai have entered the later stage of development,with the continuous development of various methods and measures to improve the recovery rate,especially the application and promotion of polymer flooding and other tertiary oil recovery technology,resulting in the more stable crude oil emulsion,the heavy and poor quality of crude oil leads to the increasingly serious emulsification problem. In this paper,the dewatering conditions of poly crude oil under different temperatures and different dewatering time were studied. According to the actual situation of the offshore platform,demulsifier was added to verify the adaptability of the high frequency electric pulse dehydration technology to the dewatering of petroleum containing polymer.
