希望油田固井工艺技术分析

摘要 希望油田地质情况复杂,厚盐层段容易产生溶蚀、蠕变等现象,易导致井眼不规则,常规水泥浆体系与盐基钻井液的相容性差,盐层的溶解会对水泥浆性能产生一定的影响;加上油层以下地层非常活跃,易在固井后发生流体上窜而严重影响胶结质量。针对上述问题,优化固井施工参数,采用欠饱和盐水水泥浆和管外封隔器综合应用技术,有效提高了该区块油层固井质量。 The geological conditions of the Hope oilfield are complex .The thick salt layers are prone to corrosion and creep, which will lead to the following problems:irregular boreholes,poor compatibility between conventional cement slurry system and salt-based drilling fluid,and the dissolution of salt from layer will impact the performance of cement slurry. The formation below reservoir is very active,which is prone to fluid channeling after cementing and seriously affects the cementing quality. In view of the above problems,the cementing operation parameters are optimized,the comprehensive application technology of unsaturated brine cement slurry and external packer is adopted,which effectively improves the cementing quality of reservoirs in this area.
