摘要
由于领眼井设计井深较大,常规大尺寸12-1/4″和小尺寸8-1/2″井眼作业都会有较高的作业风险,井下情况难以控制,因此优选非常规尺寸9-1/2″井眼钻开领眼井,后续应用9-1/2″x12-1/4″固定翼扩眼器优选钻具组合及钻进参数,扩眼钻进至侧钻井深,以充分利用已钻开领眼井进行常规12-1/4″井眼侧钻作业。此次为渤海油田首次应用固定翼扩眼器进行扩眼作业,为今后类似作业提供借鉴。
Because of the large design depth of the leading hole,conventional large-size 12-1/4 and small-size 8-1/2 wellbore operations will have higher operational risks.Underground conditions are difficult to control,so the unconventional size of 9-1/2"wellbore is preferred to drill the leading hole.Follow-up application of 9-1/2 x12-1/4 fixed wing reamer to optimize drilling assembly and drilling parameters.Reaming is drilled to the depth of sidetracking in order to make full use of the drilled collar hole for conventional sidetracking operations of 12-1/4 wells.This is the first time for Bohai Oilfield to use fixed-wing reamer for reaming operation,and provides a reference for similar operations in the future.
