摘要
通过对国内炼厂14套催化裂化装置所使用的平衡剂进行分析,了解国内衡剂的质量状况。结果表明:平衡催化剂有细粉含量较低的现象,存在烟机结垢的风险,需要查找原因。分析显示平衡催化剂上重金属污染主要集中在镍和铁上。Ni+V含量平均为1.24%,国内炼厂催化装置催化剂处于较高的污染水平。
The equilibrium catalysts used in14sets of catalytic cracking units of Sinopec were analyzed to understand the quality of domestic equilibrium catalysts. The results show that the powder content of equilibrium catalysts is low ,which will arise the risk of scaling formation in the flue gas turbine. The reason of low powder content in the equilibrium catalysts need to be found out. The analysis results shows that the heavy metal pollution on the equilibrium catalyst are mainly nickel and iron. The average content of Ni+V is 1.24%. The catalysts of catalytic cracking units are under a high pollution level.
