学龄期儿童下颌骨髁突体积、表面积及形态学指数与年龄相关变化 被引量:2

Age-related changes in mandibular condyle volume, surface area and morphological index in school-age children

摘要 目的探讨学龄期不同年龄组儿童下颌骨髁突体积、表面积及形态学指数与年龄相关的变化特征。方法收集自2015年1月-2019年4月就诊于新疆医科大学第一附属医院/附属口腔医(学)院6~12岁儿童中符合纳入标准的350位患者,按年龄分为7组,每1岁为1组,每组共50例,其中男女各25例。然后调取相应患者的锥形束CT(CBCT)资料,将二维CBCT图像序列以DICOM格式导入Mimics Medical 19.0软件并对双侧髁突进行三维重建,测量并计算其体积、表面积及形态学指数。结果年龄与髁突体积(r=0.667)、表面积(r=0.675)及形态学指数(r=0.581)呈正相关,各年龄段之间髁突体积、表面积及形态学指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别间、左右侧髁突体积、表面积及形态学指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 6~12岁儿童髁突体积、表面积及形态学指数岁随年龄的增长呈现增长的趋势,而男女间以及左右侧之间没有明显的差异。 Objective To investigate the age-related changes of mandibular condyle volume, surface area and morphological index in school-age children. Methods 350 patients, who met the inclusion criteria in children aged 6-12 years,were collected in the First Affiliated Hospital/Affiliated Dental Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2015 to April 2019. According to age, they were divided into 7 groups, with 50 cases in each group, including 25 males and 25 females. Then, CBCT(cone beam computed tomography) oral imaging was performed. CBCT slice sequences were imported into Mimics Medical 19.0 software in DICOM format and 3 D reconstruction of bilateral condyles was performed. The volume, surface area and morphological index were measured and calculated. Results Age was positively correlated with condyle volume(r=0.667), surface area(r=0.675)and morphological index(r=0.581), and there were significant differences among different age groups in condyle volume, surface area and morphological index(P<0.05), while there were no significant differences between gender groups or between left and right condyles in condyle volume, surface area and morphological index(P>0.05). Conclusion The condyle volume, surface area and morphological index of children aged 6~12 years showed an increasing trend, but there were no significant differences between genders or sides.
