医学生志愿服务育人功能及其路径探析——以大连大学医学院志愿服务为例

Analysis on the Education Efficiency and Path of Medical Students’ Volunteer Service——with the Example of Volunteer Service in School of Medicine of Dalian University

医学生将具备的医学理论知识应用到志愿服务当中可以提高其专业实践能力、可以弘扬医学职业精神、提高其综合素质,使其具有社会责任感和职业使命。文章以大连大学医学院志愿服务为例,全面梳理医学生志愿服务活动,探索志愿服务在医学教育中育人的有效路径。

Medical students doing volunteer service using medical theories and knowledge can improve their expertise, professionalism and comprehensive qualities, so that they can have enough social responsibilities and professional obligations. Taking the volunteer service in School of Medicine of Dalian University for example, this article combs through medical students’ volunteer activities, and explores the effective education path of volunteer service in medical education.
