摘要
高校职工职业发展对职工个人发展和高校各项工作的有序开展有着重要的意义。基于职业发展阶段理论、职业发展管理理论、人力资本理论、职业定位理论和激励理论等相关研究,高校职工职业发展应坚持以人为本原则、公平性原则、参与性原则、统一性原则和平衡性原则,开展职业评估和规划,构建职业培训体系,实行岗位轮换机制,设计职业晋升路径,以及培养核心职工。高校推动职工职业发展要明确实施主体和完善实施机制,充分认识到职工队伍建设的重要性,完善多部门之间的工作协调机制,对不同阶段的职工要因人施策,密切关注职工的心态问题,从而促进职工职业发展体系的构建和完善。
The career development of university staff is of great significance to the personal development of staff and the orderly development of various work in universities. Based on the relevant researches such as career development stage theory, career development management theory, human capital theory, career orientation theory and incentive theory, the career development of university employees should adhere to the principles of people-oriented, fairness, commonality, unity and balance, carry out career evaluation and planning, build a career training system, implement a job rotation mechanism, design career promotion paths and train core employees. In order to promote the career development of employees in colleges and universities, it is necessary to clearly define the implementation subject and perfect the implementation mechanism, fully realize the importance of the construction of the workforce, do a good job in the coordination mechanism among various departments, implement policies for employees at different stages and pay close attention to the psychological problems of employees, so as to promote the construction and improvement of the career development system of employees.
