摘要
为解决钴湿法冶金废水中较高的有机物影响Na2SO4回收质量问题,开展了电催化氧化处理钴湿法冶金废水研究。以COD去除率为考核指标,通过单因素实验,探讨了COD去除率与反应时间、电流密度、反应初始pH和极板间距的关系;通过响应面优化实验,得到目标范围内的最佳处理条件,在此条件下,COD去除率可达71.72%。结合反应能耗再次进行优化实验,优化条件下,COD去除率为69.75%,反应平均能耗为0.173 5kW·h/g。
In order to solve the problem that the comparatively high organic matter content in cobalt hydrometallurgical wastewater affects the recovery quality of Na2SO4,the research on electrocatalytic oxidation treatment of this kind of wastewater has been implemented.Using the removing rate of COD as an assessment index,the relationship between COD removing rate and reaction time,current density,initial pH,plate spacing are discussed,based on a series of single-factor experiments.Through response surface optimization experiments,the optimal conditions within the target range have been obtained.Under these conditions,the COD removing rate can reach 71.72%.Combined with reaction energy consumption,the optimization experiments have been implemented again.Under the optimized conditions,the COD removing rate is 69.75%,and the average reaction energy consumption 0.173 5 kW·h/g.
