重视颞骨恶性肿瘤的规范化诊疗

Emphasizing Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment of Temporal Bone Malignancies

目前我国对颞骨恶性肿瘤未有足够的重视,一方面是因为颞骨恶性肿瘤发病率低且临床表现常无特异性所致的诊疗难度大,更重要的原因是尚未形成规范化的诊疗方案。本文总结了颞骨恶性肿瘤的诸多特点,包括肿瘤生长特点、临床表现、肿瘤分期等,并从诊断和治疗这两方面对颞骨肿瘤进行规范,以期提高业内对颞骨肿瘤规范化诊疗的重视,达到促进颞骨肿瘤诊疗水平的发展及提高患者生存率和生活质量的目的。

Not enough attention has been paid to temporal bone malignancies in China currently. On the one hand,it is difficult to treat the temporal bone malignancies because of their low incidence and nonspecific clinical presentation. A more important reason is that there lack standardized treatment strategies. This manuscript summarizes the characteristics of temporal bone malignancies, including tumor growth characteristics, clinical manifestation, tumor stages,etc.;and standardization of their diagnosis and treatment, as part of an effort to improve the attention toward standardized diagnosis and treatment of temporal bone tumors within the industry, to raise the level of temporal bone tumor diagnosis and treatment, and to improve the survival and quality of life for patients.
