互联网新技术背景下的舆论传播策略 被引量:11

摘要 基于互联网最新技术带来的舆论传播问题症状,运用跨学科思维提出了舆论传播的六大策略及建议,即:建立舆论传播的"大数据观"和"公共关系观";通过舆论粒子-舆论波-舆论场,建立可视化舆论内容生产体系;通过织网-造流-占位策略,建立智能型舆论生态治理体系;通过云平台-云媒体-云服务,建立共享型的舆论传播体系;通过议题设置和关系管理,建立精准型舆论引导体系;通过跨媒体叙事,建立创新型舆论方法体系。 With the rapid development of the latest Internet technologies such as big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,blockchain,satellite Internet,and 5 G Era,the situation of public opinion dissemination at home and abroad is more severe and the problem is more prominent.In view of these problems,this paper proposes six communication strategies in the background of the latest Internet technology:first,establishing the "big data view" and "public relations view" of public opinion communication;second,establishing the Visual Public Opinion Content Production System through Public Opinion Particle-Public Opinion Wave-Public Opinion Field;third,establishing the Intelligent Public Opinion Ecological Governance System through Networking-Flow-Occupying Strategy;fourth,establishing Shared Public Opinion through Cloud Platform-Cloud Media-Cloud Service Communication system;fifth,establishing an accurate public opinion guidance system through topic setting and relationship management;sixth,establishing an innovative public opinion method system through cross-media narration.
