摘要
产业发展的关键在于人才队伍的建设,人才可持续发展的水平和质量直接关系到产业的可持续发展能力。随着我国旅游经济的加快增长,旅游业已成为国民经济的战略性支柱产业,因此系统谋划旅游人才队伍的建设工作尤显重要。浙江省作为旅游经济强省,在大力发展全域旅游,全面打造"诗画浙江"中国最佳旅游目的地的攻坚战中,旅游业人才队伍整体仍存在总量规模偏小、人才分布不均衡、特色旅游服务人才紧缺、高层次人才不足、复合型人才和领军型人才匮乏等问题。以人才生态系统为路向,研究其健康评价体系,将有助于解决旅游人才种群间关系、人才生存链、人才环境存在等问题,优化旅游人才共生、竞争的生态关系,充分发挥旅游业人才生态系统吐故纳新的自组织演化动力,为我国从旅游大国向旅游强国的嬗变提供充沛的人才源泉。
The key to industrial development lies in the construction of talent team.The level and quality of sustainable development of talent is directly related to the sustainable development ability of industry.With the rapid growth of China’s tourism economy,tourism has become a strategic pillar industry of the national economy,so it is particularly important to systematically plan the construction of tourism talents.As a strong province of tourism economy,Zhejiang Province is still facing the challenges of vigorously developing all-round tourism and building the best tourism destination of "Poetry and Painting Zhejiang" in China.There are still some problems in the tourism talent team,such as small total scale,unbalanced distribution of talents,shortage of special tourism service talents,shortage of high-level talents,shortage of compound talents and leading talents.Taking the talent ecosystem as the direction,studying its health evaluation system will help to solve the problems of the relationship between tourism talent population,talent survival chain and talent environment,optimize the ecological relationship between tourism talent symbiosis and competition,give full play to the new self-organizing evolutionary power of tourism talent ecosystem,and provide abundant talents for the transformation of China from a big tourist country to a powerful tourist country.
