摘要
在中央加强对图书出版单位社会效益评价考核的背景下,出版社需要积极思考应该采取怎样的经营策略,才能真正做到社会效益优先,社会效益和经济效益有机统一。本文试从选题论证、出版论证、产品分级和绩效考核四个方面分析具体的经营策略,以期为出版社提供参考。
Under the background that the central government strengthens the evaluation and assessment of the social benefits of publishing houses, publishing houses need to think actively about the operational strategies they should adopt in order to truly achieve the priority of social benefits and the organic unity of social benefits and economic benefits. This paper tries to analyze the specific management strategies from four aspects: topic selection, publishing, product classification and performance appraisal, in order to provide reference for publishing houses.
