摘要
发展教育事业是新时代中国特色社会主义事业建设的一项艰巨任务。其中,民族教育是我国教育的重要组成部分,民族教育中两性受教育权利的平等,不仅关系到民族地区的可持续协调发展,还事关整体国民素质的提升和社会文明的进步。70年来,云南少数民族女性的教育从无到有,从小到大,取得了长足的进步与发展,少数民族女性在各级各类教育中的受教育水平显著提高。然而,云南少数民族女性的教育仍存在许多差距,具体表现在少数民族教育中的性别差异,以及少数民族女性教育的族际差异、地域差异、城乡差距和阶层差距等方面。针对差距,需要消除传统性别观念的影响,加强教育事业发展中的政府职能,进一步推进义务制教育的均衡发展,增强少数民族女性的学前教育水平,完善少数民族女性的职业教育和技能培训,实现云南少数民族女性教育的持续发展,为将我国建设成为教育强国作出新的贡献。
Developing education is still an arduous task in building the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics in the new era. In particular, minority education is an important part of China’s education. The right of equal education both genders in minority education is not only related to the sustainable and coordinated development of minority areas, but also to the improvement of the overall progress of people’s quality and social civilization. In the past 70 years, the education of Yunnan minority female has grown out of nothing, from small to large scale, and has made great progress. The education level and variety of minority female have been significantly improved. However, there are still weaknesses in minority female education, which are reflected in the gender differences in minority education, inter-ethnic differences, regional differences, urbanrural gaps and class gaps. In response to these weaknesses, it is necessary to eliminate the influence of traditional gender concept, strengthen government capacities and functions in developing education, further promote the balanced development of compulsory education, strengthen preschool education for minority females, and improve vocational education and skill training for minority females. Continuing development of female education among Yunnan minority will contribute to building China into a new power in education.
