基于SolidWorks Motion的反求凸轮连杆组合机构模型研究

摘要 按照给定运动轨迹反求零件实际模型是现代机构设计的一种方法。采用SolidWorks Motion完成反求凸轮连杆组合机构模型的研究,反求凸轮轮廓,通过运动仿真验证机构实际运动轨迹与给定运动轨迹相符,得出SolidWorks Motion反求凸轮连杆组合机构模型方法相对于传统方法更具优势。 It is a common method of modern mechanism design to reverse the actual model of parts according to the given trajectory. Solid Works Motion is used to complete the research on reverse of cam-link combined mechanism model, which reverses out cam profile and verifies that the actual trajectory of the mechanism is consistent with the given trajectory by way of motion simulation.Finally, it is concluded that the method of reverse of cam-link combined mechanism model by SolidWorks Motion has more advantages than the traditional method.
