浅谈西藏生态环境特点与工业发展的环保对策

A Brief Talk on the Characteristics of Tibet’s Ecological Environment and the Environmental Protection Measures for Industrial Development

西藏素有"世界屋脊"之称,是中国、南亚和东南亚主要河流的发源地和上游流区。西藏地区环境脆弱,人口稀少,发展和城镇化水平低,产业规模小,环境污染相对较小。本文通过对近年来西藏工业发展趋势中工业发展与生态环境矛盾的分析和论证,探讨协调西藏工业发展与生态环境的对策,探索西藏可持续发展的途径,从生态环境的角度来看待西藏自治区工业发展的道路。

Tibet, known as the "roof of the world", is the birthplace and upstream flow area of major rivers in China, South and Southeast Asia. The ecological environment is fragile, the population is scarce, the level of development and urbanization is low, the industrial scale is small,and the environmental pollution is relatively small. Based on the analysis and demonstration of the contradiction between industrial development and ecological environment in Tibet’s industrial development trend in recent years, this paper explores the Countermeasures for coordinating industrial development and ecological environment in Tibet, explores the ways for sustainable development in Tibet, and looks at the road of industrial development in Tibet Autonomous Region from the perspective of ecological environment.
