摘要
某厂采用APMP杨木化学制浆工艺,由于有机负荷较高,对后续好氧处理产生了严重的影响。本文主要研究了以厌氧工艺EGSB厌氧污泥膨胀床处理工艺处理高浓度化机浆有机废水,为后续好氧处理减轻了负荷,出水COD≤2000mg/L,产生了大量的沼气,用于厂区锅炉,产生了较好的经济效益。
APMP pulp and paper pill, due to high organic load, great pressure to exist aerobic treatment unit, this paper introduce design and build new EGSB system to treat the high concentration organic wastewater, to lower the aerobic treatment pressure, the wastewater yield COD lower than 2000 mg/l, the biogas use for boiler, decrease the methane cost.
