坝上地区为建设首都水源涵养功能区和生态环境支撑区,加快推进生态环境恢复,提高生态承载力,将农村生活污水治理作为重要的生态工程、民生工程、政治工程,因地制宜,坚持污染治理与资源利用相结合、工程措施与生态措施相结合、集中与分散相结合,采取纳入污水管网、联村集中治理、分村分户治理等方式,梯次推进农村生活污水治理,构建分类治理、综合利用、长效运营的农村生活污水管控机制,提高污水处理效率,持续改善农村人居环境。

The rural domestic sewage management and control mechanism with the characteristics of treatment, comprehensive utilization and long-term operation will improve the sewage treatment efficiency and the rural human settlements environment.
