摘要 通过开启过程中舱门与气弹簧的几何关系,分析气弹簧伸展力与舱门开启角度的对应关系,应用Matlab分析气弹簧伸展力的变化,得到最优的气弹簧伸展力;最后应用Visual Basic编写舱门气弹簧选型设计工具。 Through the geometrical relationship between the luggage compartment door and the gas spring during the opening process,the authors analyze the corresponding relationship between the gas spring extension force and the door opening angle. They analyze the change of the gas spring extension force by Matlab,and obtain the optimal extension force of the gas spring. Finally,they program the selection design tool for the gas spring of luggage compartment door by Visual Basic.
