摘要 近年来,人们生活水平逐渐提高,健身意识逐渐增强,俯卧撑训练器这种重要的健身器材得到较为广泛应用。文中基于STM32F103C8T6单片机设计智能俯卧撑训练器,可以对用户运动量收集、用户运动姿态语音校正。系统通过手机APP无线接收智能俯卧撑训练器实时信息,比如用户锻炼情况,用户可以根据自己的锻炼情况实时调整自己的锻炼强度,该系统集科技性与实用性于一体,具有较大的研究价值。 In recent years,people’s living standards have been gradually improved,and their awareness of fitness has been gradually increased,push-ups has been widely used as one kind of important training devices. An intelligent push-up trainer based on STM32 F103 C8 T6 single chip proposed in this paper can collect users ’ exercise volume and correct users ’ sports posture by voice. The system receives information of intelligent push-up trainer real-time wirelessly by APP on the mobile phone,for example,users’ exercise situation. Users can adjust their exercise intensity in real time according to their own exercise situation. The system integrates science and practicability,has great research value.
